Odoo for clinics and hospitals

Close the month without re-entering what your front desk already charged.

We implement Odoo in clinics and hospitals: payments, electronic invoicing and accounting in a single system, in phases and with the scope in writing. We are an Official Odoo Partner in Mexico and we come from running clinical software, so we know the path from the patient to the cashier.

A call of 20 to 30 minutes. No cost and no commitment.

If you manage a clinic

You probably recognize some of these phrases.

  • Reception collects payment and accounting re-enters the same payment to issue the invoice.
  • To know how much came in per service you have to put together a spreadsheet.
  • Payroll, supplies and invoicing live in separate files that nobody reconciles.
  • I've been told ERP projects drag on and the implementer doesn't know a clinic.

It isn't a lack of discipline on your team's part. It's that each tool was born separately.

What changes

The same thing you do today, with one less data entry.

  • Enter it once

The payment recorded in operations feeds the e-invoice. No one retypes it.

  • A more orderly close

Invoicing, collections, and accounting stay in the same system and are reconciled there, not between files.

  • A scope tailored to you

We start with billing and invoicing. Inventory, payroll, and reports are added only when your operation calls for it.

How we work

In phases, and you know what's next before you start.

We start with what generates the most repeated data entry for you today and move forward when you decide.

  1. Step 1 · No cost

    Free assessment

20 to 30 minutes. We review how you currently manage billing, invoicing, inventory, payroll, and scheduling. We tell you clearly whether Odoo is a fit and what would come first.

    • If it's not a fit, we'll tell you
  2. Step 2 · Phase 1

    Payments and billing

The administrative core and what generates the most repeated data entry.

    • Single catalog of services and prices
    • Payments recorded straight from operations
    • E-invoicing
    • Accounting in Odoo
  3. Step 3 · Phase 2

    Whatever your operation requires

Added according to the scope your clinic defines after phase 1.

    • Clinical supplies inventory
    • Payroll and human resources
    • Management reports
    • Multiple locations

Before each phase we give you the scope and the investment in writing.

Real case

Clínica Santa Lucía collects payments and invoices with Odoo.

It's the reference we can name today, and the reason we talk about operation, not promises.

  • We know the clinic from the inside

We operate records, scheduling and payments for real patients. We configure Odoo with that standard, not that of a generic manual.

  • A defined scope

An ERP designed for another industry comes with modules you won't use. Here you activate what your clinic needs, in phases.

  • We tell you no when it isn't a good fit

If Odoo isn't right for your clinic, because of size or because you already have a system that works, we'll tell you in the assessment.

Questions

What we're usually asked before the assessment.

What does the free assessment include?

A call of 20 to 30 minutes to review how you currently manage payments, invoicing, inventory, payroll and scheduling, and tell you clearly whether Odoo makes sense for your clinic and which phase would go first.

How much does the Odoo implementation cost?

It depends on the phases and scope. We define it in writing after the assessment, no commitment.

How long does it take?

It depends on the scope of each phase. We agree on it in writing before starting.

I already have an accountant and an administrative system. Is Odoo worth it for me?

We review it in the assessment. Odoo is especially worthwhile when information is currently re-entered between systems. If what you have works, we'll tell you.

What size of clinic is it for?

We have in mind clinics and hospitals with teams of 10 or more across administration and clinical areas. If yours is smaller, in the assessment we'll tell you frankly whether it's a good fit.

Which Odoo plan do I need?

The gbook integration requires the Odoo Custom plan. In the assessment we review the plan you have today and the one that suits you best.

Do I have to use gbook to implement Odoo?

No. The Odoo implementation is contracted separately and doesn't depend on gbook, or vice versa. If your clinic uses both, there is a one-way integration from gbook to Odoo: gbook sends patients, services and appointments with their payment to Odoo. Odoo doesn't write back to gbook.

Schedule your free assessment.

We review your operation and tell you whether Odoo is a good fit. If not, we'll tell you straight.
