Does the patient portal cost anything?

No. The patient portal is free for the patient and included at no additional cost for the clinic or practice that uses iGalenus.

Who can see my medical information?

You decide. Your clinical information is yours and the portal lets you choose which physicians you share it with.

Can I manage the account of my children or an elderly relative?

Yes. A family account lets a parent or guardian manage several dependents from a single login. For minors, the legal representative is designated and verified.

Do I need to download an app?

No. The portal works in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer. And to reschedule an appointment you don't even need to log in: a personal link arrives by WhatsApp, no password.

Does my physician have to use iGalenus?

For your appointments to appear on their own in the portal, yes. You can create your account anyway and organize your information; if your physician doesn't use iGalenus yet, you can recommend it.
